Additional Voluntary Contributions
It is increasingly difficult for schools to balance their budgets in the current climate. To ensure we are able to offer additional resources and experiences that our budgets are unable to stretch to, there are methods by which we encourage parents to offer an additional voluntary donation to the school.
- For children in our Nursery, who are in receipt of funded places (with the exception of 15 Hour Entitlement for 2-Year-old children - additional support funding and children in receipt of EYPP) we ask families to make a voluntary contribution to support our costs. A charge of £1 for each funded session that the child attends the Nursery will be charged on a termly basis as a voluntary contribution to families.
This contribution is named as a ‘Consumable charge’ on the termly invoice and covers the provision of the following:

Healthy snacks eg one piece of fruit, vegetables, portion of dried fruit, crackers, breadsticks, bread, jam, cheese, rice cakes
