PE, sport and physical activity is important for well being and a prominent part of our curriculum.
We aim to provide our children with the skills, knowledge and confidence to make healthy lifestyle choices and develop a lifetime love of sport and movement.
Through our curriculum, extra curricular clubs and the School Sports Partnership we offer opportunities to participate in a wide range of sports and activities. Children are supported to progress and perform as individuals, to work as a partnership or as part of a team, honing key values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, resilience and friendship.
Our children are all taught for one lesson a week by our Sports Coach, Mr Mullins and our Key Stage 1 children also have a second PE lesson each week in school, delivered by their teachers.
